Corporate Sabotage: How we wreck our own work

I've seen many-a-meeting go very wrong. I've seen many-a-organization make decisions that aren't in their best interests. I've seen smart people do dumb things. And I know you have too.

I decided to research methods people employ to manipulate and wreck meetings so that I could spot these behaviors before they became a problem. I found a declassified OSS (the precursor to the CIA) guide to corporate sabotage from 1944, and was shocked when I realized that almost every "suggestion" in the book has become a regular occurrence in conference rooms all over the country.

I'm going to teach you how meetings and projects can be (intentionally or unintentionally) sabotaged.

Then I'm going to teach you methods for spotting these behaviors, and what to do about them.
