Well-Formed Teams are highly desirable for obvious reasons. They are highly efficient and effective at completing work and providing value. By exploring various technical and non-technical contexts, this talk discusses the Roles and Values of Well-Formed Teams, as outlined in the Agile methodolgy, Scrum. This session will cover:

- What are the Roles and Values of its members?
- How does a Well-Formed Team form and perform?
- Discussion of Well-Formed Scrum Teams outside of software development and what can be learned from them.
